3. Bookings and cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed once we acknowledge your request by email or phone.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Short‑notice cancellations may incur a reasonable fee to cover allocated time.
- We may reschedule due to illness, unsafe conditions or events outside our control.
4. Pricing and payment
- Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may change if the actual conditions differ materially.
- Payment terms are communicated during booking. We may request a deposit for end‑of‑lease or large jobs.
- Invoices are payable by the due date stated. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
5. Access and safety
- You are responsible for providing safe access to the premises at the agreed time.
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue work where conditions are unsafe, unsanitary or beyond the agreed scope.
6. Customer responsibilities
- Secure valuables and fragile items. Inform us of any surfaces requiring special care.
- Ensure water and electricity are available.
- Advise us of pets and any access instructions.
7. Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address missed areas at no additional cost, within reasonable limits.
8. Liability and insurance
We carry appropriate insurance for our services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the services or the cost of resupply. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Damage and breakage
Accidents can happen despite due care. Report any issues within 24 hours with photos where possible. We will assess and, where we are responsible, arrange repair or reasonable compensation.
10. Keys and security
Keys or access codes provided to us are stored securely and used only for scheduled services. Let us know immediately if access details change.
11. Supplies and equipment
We supply professional equipment and eco‑friendly products. If you prefer we use your products, you accept responsibility for any outcomes related to them.
12. Recurring services
For weekly, fortnightly or monthly schedules, we will aim to attend on the same day and time. You may pause or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice before the next visit.
13. Changes to services
Scope changes or add‑ons should be requested before the appointment. Additional time or resources may adjust the quote.
14. Intellectual property and website use
All website content, trademarks and materials are owned by or licensed to Maplevistan Cleaning. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Do not use the website in any unlawful or harmful way.
